The days have gone when the sight of Kate Moss squeezing her shapely thighs into a pair of super tight, spray on circulation impeding skinny jeans was a constant presence on tabloid pages the length of this noble land. The new trend? It’s Loose fit blatantly.
Loose Fit; are two boys from Manchester, both exceedingly tall and armed with a bag of tunes equally as impressive as their ahem… length. Join the dots have teamed up with the boys to release the first in a double pack of their finely crafted pieces of music.
Sitting somewhere between chic and DFA Chug the first of the two is a slo-mo burner riddled with synth stabs and deep set drum patterns and is in no way connected to the chants of Frat boys across America to accompany one of their own downing a can of beer in one.
Remixes come courtesy of northern wonder boy Tom Taylor, half of the Electric Press and man about Leeds Tom delivers a celestial take on the Original.
Second remix comes from one of the true dons of groove based music Greg Wilson a man that needs no introduction and has already cemented his place in the dance music hall of fame. In keeping with the Loose fit feel Greg delivers what can only be described as a very baggy mix.
